سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع (Return & Exchange Policy)

يحق للعميل طلب الاسترجاع خلال 14 يومًا من الاستلام.
* يشترط أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وغير مفتوح وفي حالته الأصلية.
* لا يمكن استرجاع منتجات العناية الشخصية بعد فتحها.
* يتم الاستبدال في حالة:
    * وجود عيب تصنيع.
    * وصول منتج خاطئ.
    * تلف المنتج أثناء الشحن.
* في هذه الحالات تتحمل Janeura رسوم الشحن.
* يتم التواصل خلال 48 ساعة من استلام الطلب مع إرسال صور للحالة.
* يتم رد المبلغ خلال 7–14 يوم عمل بعد مراجعة المنتج.

 

* Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order.
* Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
* Opened personal care products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
* Exchanges are accepted if:
    * The product has a manufacturing defect.
    * The wrong item was delivered.
    * The product was damaged during shipping.
* Janeura covers all shipping costs in these cases.
* Customers should contact support within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos.
* Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
